Meals: Okra and hot sauce, Chinese veggies in chicken broth, pan de sal with jelly

Monday, August 18
Meals: Asparagus and mushroom ravioli with smoked oysters, 2 veggie breakfast patties, chicken caesar salad, blueberry ginseng smoothie, coffee, green tea, apple
Elliptical and walking, 15-20 min

Tuesday, August 19
Meals: Blueberry ginseng smoothie, coffee, jade curry, 2 veggie breakfast patties, peach oatmeal i think
SET workout, 1 hr, and yoga, 1 hr

Wednesday, August 20
Meals: 2 veggie breakfast patties, coffee, chicken curry, blue cheese and spinach salad
Walked to TJs
Yoga with Astrid

Friday, August 22
Elliptical 30 or 45 min


Saturday, August 23
Meals: Veggie sausage, eggs, melon, pad kee mao

Walked around the city.
