Burninating

This is from myApex... though I put in a lower exercise level than I have been doing this week. I'll have to readjust.

Below are your suggested calorie targets. Maintaining the calorie defecit is the key to reaching your goal on time.

So then I readjusted to say I was active 3-5x/week of >1 hour each time (which is true, but I'm not sure if this means 1 hour in one sitting or 1 hour spread among the day, e.g. 40 min running in the morning, 20 min bike at night).

7/27 - 8/2

Sunday 7/27
Meals: Seaweed with avocado and natto, protein drink.

Lululemon's Beach Yoga
--We did some partner yoga here. I enjoyed partner Warrior 1, liked the way it looked: like two moving statues on the side of an ancient jar, mid-battle.

Monday 7/28
Meals: Smoothie, veggie masala burgers, popcorn.

Stationary Bike, 30 min
Treadmill Walking, 15 min
Walked to work and back, 30 min

Tuesday 7/29
Meals: Veggie burger, salad, popcorn, salmon, oatmeal w/blueberries, smoothie.

Elliptical, 40 min
--While it was a good workout, my worry is that this was extremely boring.
Walked to work and back, 30 min

Wednesday 7/30
Power Yoga, 90 min
--Substitute teacher. Could barely hear her over the music. I did notice that the class wasn't as difficult for me as it was in the past, which is good.

Thursday 7/31
Meals: Oatmeal with blueberries and protein powder, coffee, veggie burger patty with salad, veggie italian sausage, cashews, green tea, granola bar, blueberry smoothie
Walked to work and back, 30 min

Elliptical, 40 min
--This wasn't as bad, but then again I had a trashy celebrity magazine... the gym downtown puts them out for people to browse. Nice of them.


Friday 8/1
Meals: Oatmeal, coffee w/protein powder, veggie burger patty, gyro, green tea
Walked quite a bit

Saturday 8/2

Meals: Various salads, then tofu enchiladas, black beans, rice, plantains.
