Sunday 8/3
Meals: Protein drink, chicken, pancit, pan de sal with marmite, okra, green beans
Walked around the park
Lululemon's Beach Yoga
--Taught by Marlize from TruYoga. Really enjoyed it and experienced the flexibility and strength that I lacked months ago.

Monday 8/4
Meals: Blueberries & Cream Oatmeal, Coffee, Veggie Burger, Beets, Salad, Seitan, Pan de Sal with Marmite
Stationary bike, 30 min

Tuesday 8/5
Meals: Oatmeal with Butter, Eggplant Wrap, Tuna Nicoise salad, Coffee, Green Tea, Blueberry Ginseng smoothie
Walked to TJs and back, 1 mile
Yoga, 60 min
--Taught by Sava at the gym; she's a bit quick (probably due to the short time), but I enjoy her class.

Wednesday 8/6
Meals: Strawberries & Cream Oatmeal, Stuffed Grape Leaves, Ginger Soy Chicken, Split Pea Soup, Corn with Cheese and Butter, a bite of Tabouli, Coffee with Protein Powder
Walked to work
Yoga with Astrid, 90 min

Thursday 8/7
Meals: Don't remember.
Walked to TJ's
Elliptical: 45 min

Friday 8/8
Meals: Bean burrito, 3 pieces of hot wings and slice of pizza, chicken soup and salad.
Think I skipped working out due to choir practice.

Saturday 8/9
Meals: Don't remember besides the raw vegan burger.
Elliptical: 45 min
